Ako budú vyzerať nominácie na Oscary 2018?
Ak je na svete portál, ktorý priam žije Oscarmi, ide nepochybne o The Hollywood Reporter. Tí dokonca majú vlastného oscarového analytika a kritika, ktorý už v tomto momente videl takmer všetky filmy tohto roka. Volá sa Scott Feinberg, no a práve on dostal za úlohu napísať zoznam potenciálnych nominácií na tohtoročné oscary, ak by hlasovanie skončilo dnes.
Zameral sa na 13 veľkých kategórií, ktorých potenciálne výsledky by mali zaujímať asi každého. Každú kategóriu rozdelil na 5 podkategórií, ktorými sú: Favoriti, Veľké hrozby, Možno, Malé šance a Ešte len prídu. Posudzoval podľa svojho názoru, vravy a vecami za zákulisím. Všetky výsledky napísal v poradí, kto má najväčšie šance byť nominovaný. Čiže prvý v zozname má najväčšiu šancu, posledný zase najmenšiu. Myslím, že to by teda aj stačilo, poďme na to:
PS: Feinberg do popredných kategórií nemohol napísať filmy Hostiles (film, réžia, herec, orig. scenár), The Wife (herečka) ani Animal Crackers (animák) keďže ešte nemajú amerického distribútora.

Do favoritov sa teda nedostal ani jeden z už troch poslaných filmov od štúdií. Na zozname sa však objavili dva z nich (Wonder Woman, War for the Planet of the Apes), obe ako veľké hrozby, čo je pre nich naozaj dobré. Nás však asi najviac prekvapila absencia filmov: A Ghost Story, Disaster Artist, Murder on the Orient Express a hlavne Logan. Vyzerá to teda tak, že na dlho omielaného oscarového Logana môžme začať zabúdať.
Najväčšie prekvapenie z nominovaných bude určite The Shape of Water. Žeby sa Guillermo Del Toro od hlúpučkého Pacific Rimu prebojoval do takejto kategórie? Každopádne, rozhodnuté ešte nie je nič, no treba povedať, že zatiaľ sme spokojní. Sme ale určite zvedaví, či sa do oscarového milníka dokážu prebojovať aspoň niektorí z tých čo ešte len prídu. Predsa len, vidieť tam Blade Runnera 2049 spolu so Star Wars: The Last Jedi by bol asi každého sen.

Po prvej kategórii žiadne prekvapenie, možno len ten Matt Reeves by mohol byť vyššie. Sme teda zvedaví, ako sa to pomení, keďže ako môžte vidieť, režisérske esá ešte len prídu. Spielberg-Eastwood-Allen-Linklater-Johnson-Villeneuve-Scott, to je kombinácia ktorá sa môže lusknutím prstu rázom posunúť k favoritom a povyhadzovať z tadiaľ všetkých.

Tu sa prakticky nedá písať nič. O Oldmanovi sme vraveli už včera, tento to prakticky ťahá. Denzel mu však môže zavariť. Ten si vraj kvôli tej roli nechal odstrániť vyplnenie jeho medzi zubných dier, takže ten dal do toho opäť všetko. Zamrzí asi zase len ignorovanie Jackmana v roli Wolverina. A Serkis by sa tiež podľa nás mal objaviť vo favoritoch. Osobne si však myslím, že aj vlaňajší miláčik Gosling by za Blade Runnera mohol dostať nomináciu.

Holly Hunter za Big Sick bude určite voľba fanúšikov, čo je naozaj dobre.
